As elite sprint kayakers, we’re on the water multiple times a day, six days a week (Sundays are rest days 😉  ). Whilst we love paddling, there’s no doubt we can get bored of repeated sets, week in and week out. 

We believe that multiple roads can lead to the same destination, so to avoid stagnation it's so important to challenge yourself with different training sessions. That’s why we created this handbook.
